Overview

For the tenth successive year we are delighted to announce the annual One Welsh Public Service Leaders' Winter School.

Building on its success since 2011, the programme has been specifically designed in response to the key development needs of Wales’ most senior leaders, and those working within the top three tiers of Welsh public service and voluntary organisations.

Drawing upon the knowledge and expertise of a renowned community of international speakers, the overarching theme for Winter School this year is ‘Leading for All – Leading in times of Complexity and Uncertainty’.

One Welsh Public Service

Benefits to you

This two-day event will provide the opportunity for senior leaders to focus on the future of public services in Wales and what this means in terms of crisis leadership and change.

Participants will explore new approaches, behaviours and mind sets, creating a public service that is more confident in delivery whilst instilling strong leadership values as we move through this crisis.

"A privilege to hear insight from world class speakers and a perfect opportunity to engage with other public service leaders." Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board

“A fantastic week of self-discovery, self-reflection and supported future planning for ongoing personal and leadership growth.” National Assembly for Wales

“A truly immersive educational, reflective experience, where everything aligned - people, learning - to make a truly valuable experience of learning and reflection.” Welsh Government
