Overview

This interactive course will help leaders develop self-awareness of their leadership traits and explore how they can use these insights to consciously design positive working cultures, cultivate psychological safety, and transform toxic cultures into cultures that enable people to thrive. 

Learning outcomes

By the end of the course you will: 

  • Understand how psychological safety, a strong moral compass, and intent-based leadership contribute to building positive organisational cultures and transforming toxic ones.
  • Develop self-awareness of your leadership traits, recognising the two sides of leadership.
  • Create a personal action plan to model leadership behaviours that foster trust, inclusivity, and psychological safety within their teams.
