Overview
How we as public sector leaders, contribute to our Boards is an essential element for building the right boardroom culture to deliver high performance.
This workshop provides an overview of the challenges ahead for Boards in public services, an awareness of healthy Boards, what they look like and what they do, together with an understanding of the steps to improving board performance.
Participants will have the opportunity to self-assess their own Board’s performance and identify key themes to enhance performance. Participants will receive a checklist of practical actions to improve Board performance together with a copy of the underpinning research on High Performing Organisations.
