Overview

We’ve designed this highly successful programme to address the development needs of managers and leaders responsible for delivering change. You will gain a practical insight into the skills and knowledge you need to manage change successfully. We combine this with an organisational development perspective - focussing on people, structures, cultures and systems.

The aim of this programme is to build expertise in managing change. This will support new models of service delivery in the transformation of the Welsh public service.

You will be introduced to the latest thinking and change management practices. You will learn about high impact tools and technologies which improve efficiency and innovation. The programme will focus upon intrinsic and extrinsic ways to deliver change. We use a new impact methodology which ensures your learning results in practical outcomes.

You will complete several diagnostic assessments which will build personal awareness and develop a personal action plan for improvement.
