A series of leadership development programmes open to managers and leaders across all Welsh public services. These are long-term intensive programmes, designed to help you develop a wide range of leadership skills.

  • 7 Habits of Highly Effective People

    Audience: Open to all public and third sector staff in Wales, Duration: 6 2½-hour sessions (online) or 2 days (face to face)

  • All Wales Coaching Network

    Audience: Welsh public service and third sector coaches Duration: Ongoing

  • Aspiring Board Members Programme

    The Aspiring Board Members Programme is a 12-month leadership development programme designed to support and prepare people from Black, Asian and minority ethnic backgrounds for Independent Board Member (also called Non-Executive Director) Roles within health bodies in Wales.

  • Hogan Personality Assessment

    Attention Chief Executives and those with equivalent roles working in Welsh public services - take your leadership mindset and skills to the next level with the Hogan personality assessment tool. This unique opportunity allows you to gain deep insights into your personality traits and leadership style discovering where you shine and how you respond under stress.

  • Senior Leadership Experience

    Audience: Senior leaders in Welsh public service organisations, Duration: 2.5 days (5 sessions over 7 months)

  • Springboard

    Audience: Public and third sector women in Wales aspiring to management or in their first management role Duration: 4 days over 4 months
