Overview

The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People programme is a transformational and highly enjoyable learning experience that will help you be the best that you can be.

This programme, based on proven principles of personal effectiveness, is facilitated in an online interactive workshop format and is offered to both individuals and teams.

Recognising that effective and sustainable change starts from within, the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People programme takes an ‘inside-out’ approach to personal and professional development.

No matter how competent a person is, he or she will not sustain success unless they can effectively lead themselves, influence, engage and collaborate with others and continually improve and renew their capabilities. These elements are at the heart of personal, team and organisational effectiveness.

Benefits to you

The programme will help you to apply timeless principles of effectiveness to:

  • take initiative
  • improve interpersonal communication
  • establish greater trust
  • strengthen relationships
  • increase influence
  • balance key priorities

Delivered over a period of either 6 2½-hour online sessions or 2 face to face days, we will explore the habits that focus on you as an individual. These include being proactive, beginning with the end in mind, and putting first things first.

You will learn how mastering the private victory of the first three habits sets you up to achieve the public victory of improving effectiveness through interdependence with others. By adopting a win-win mentality, seeking to understand and leveraging different perspectives through synergy, you will improve your influence and trust with those around you.

Finally, you will learn how to continually seek opportunities to ‘sharpen the saw’ and renew yourself on a daily basis.
