Overview

For the ninth successive year we are delighted to announce the annual All Wales Public Service Leadership Winter School.

Building on its success since 2011, we have specifically designed the programme to meet the key development needs of Wales' most senior leaders, and those working in the top three tiers of Welsh public service and voluntary organisations.

The event will focus on Leading for All - Creating Cultures & Climates.

Target audience

Winter School has been specifically developed for top levels of leadership from across the public and voluntary sector in Wales (for example, senior civil servants, chief executives or equivalent). There are limited places available for this opportunity and they are awarded through an application process.

Cost

The cost for attendance at Winter School is £500 + VAT. This covers a contribution towards the learning costs for the event. The cost of accommodation and food is fully subsidised and is included within this fee.

Your travel costs will not be met by the programme. A limited number of bursary places may be available to third and voluntary sector organisations on request.

Please note: If you are awarded a place and later decide to withdraw from the programme, we reserve the right to charge your organisation for the full cost, please see our website for further information.

The number of applications we receive for Winter School well exceeds our expectations in terms of standard and volume.

To address this, and to help organisations with their in-house selection processes and the demand for places, we are able to offer the following options to increase the allocation of places.
