This interactive and ‘bite-size’ workshop will be ideal if you’re preparing for, or are in, your first leadership and management role.

You will be introduced to key principles and practices that will help grow and enable your ability to influence teams and lead change. In an ever-changing and uncertain world, this workshop will also develop your self-awareness and help you achieve constancy as you strive to be an authentic and exemplary leader.
