Overview
This interactive session offers an introduction to Emotional Intelligence (EI) and why it matters in leadership.
We'll explore what EI is, how it differs from IQ, and why it plays such an important role in how we show up at work. Together, we’ll reflect on how developing greater emotional awareness and understanding can help us lead more effectively, especially in challenging or fast-paced environments.
There will be space to share ideas, reflect on your own experiences, and consider small, realistic steps you might take to grow your emotional intelligence over time.
You will:

- Consider simple, practical ways to develop emotional awareness and regulation
- Connect with others and share leadership experiences
