Overview
We are pleased to announce the All Wales Public Service Virtual Coaching Conference 2020, ‘Coaching for the New Normal – helping individuals flourish’. The conference is aimed at coaching and mentoring practitioners working in the public and third sector in Wales.
We are acutely aware that in these times of change and uncertainty, coaching offers much needed support for individuals and their organisations, has a vital part to play in absorbing personal anxieties and support the human side of the crisis we find ourselves in.
The theme for our conference ‘Coaching for the New Normal – helping individuals flourish’ reflects the demands we now face.
