  • We work closely with leaders and organisations to co-create tailored solutions that address organisational development and leadership challenges at local, regional, and national levels — designing bespoke interventions and partnership programmes that respond directly to unique needs.

Leadership and Succession

  • We develop current and future leaders through our flagship Schools, high impact leadership events, and resources.
  • Nurturing talent and succession that strengthens individuals and teams, and creates a resilient, collaborative Welsh public service leadership culture that’s fit for the future.

Continuous Improvement and Change

  • We build CI capacity by raising awareness and developing practical skills that equip individuals and teams to drive meaningful change.
  • We strengthen CI capability by nurturing collaborative networks and supporting leaders across Wales to explore, apply, and evolve ideas in practice, ultimately improving outcomes for citizens.

Research, Reputation and Engagement

  • Informed by the latest evidence on leadership development, our offer is driven by researching the evolving needs of our customers and stakeholders. The design, development and improvement of our provision is steered by a systematic approach to evaluating our courses, events and programmes.
  • We manage client and stakeholder engagement, procurement, financial processing, and budget monitoring.
  • We ensure our products and services are well-run, cost effective and in line with Welsh Government standards and requirements.
