Our profile and impact on the landscape of Welsh public services has never been greater. The Wales Public Service Values and Leadership Behaviours are now integrated into the work of the Well-being of Future Generations (Wales) Act 2015 and guide how public servants work and behave.

The concept of ‘One Welsh Public Service’ has been in use in Wales for over a decade, building on a strong sense of partnership working and collective approaches. This reflects the shared ethos in Wales of collaborative working. We have supported significant progress in continuing to build and embed an ethos of One Welsh Public Service across the public sector, voluntary sector and social partners in Wales. Supporting, enabling and developing leaders to pull from the future to deliver the now, and in doing so demonstrated our own values in action, ‘transforming Wales through excellence in leadership’.
