Overview

Leadership behaviours have a powerful influence on how teams feel, work and perform. This interactive workshop introduces the two sides of leadership, helping participants understand how their leadership traits can both support and hinder the culture they want to create.

Participants will explore how leadership behaviours shape trust, collaboration and team dynamics, and how strengths can become challenges when leaders are under pressure. The session provides practical tools to help early leaders develop self‑awareness and build positive, inclusive team cultures.
