Overview

Leadership can be both rewarding and demanding. This interactive and reflective session introduces tools and strategies to help you maintain energy, wellbeing, and effectiveness over time.

Grounded in Habit 7: Sharpen the Saw from Stephen Covey’s 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, the session explores the Four Human Dimensions - Physical, Mental, Emotional, and Spiritual, that are essential to personal renewal and leadership sustainability.

You will:

  • Reflect on your current approach to balance and wellbeing
  • Understand how the Four Human Dimensions influence your leadership
  • Identify small, meaningful changes to support long-term energy and resilience
  • Share insights and strategies with peers

This is about making time for what keeps you effective, not just adding more to your to-do list.
