This interactive and informative workshop will enhance your understanding and ability to become more politically ‘savvy’ whilst living the values of leading and influencing with integrity. Insights gained will also assist you to think and act in ways that help to achieve personal, team and organisational objectives. 

Key areas for exploration and application will include: 

  • personal and interpersonal skills,
  • reading people and situations,
  • building alignment and alliances, and
  • strategic direction and scanning.

The ability to effectively navigate organisational politics is a critical leadership behaviour.
