Workplaces have changed considerably since 2020 and so have the expectations of staff, line managers and leaders. This workshop for leaders who want to thrive in today's rapidly evolving workplace, with a specific focus on multi-generational organisations, remote and hybrid teams.

• Explore biases that we all have and how they might negatively impact on performance
