Overview
Workplaces have changed considerably since 2020 and so have the expectations of staff, line managers and leaders. This workshop for leaders who want to thrive in today's rapidly evolving workplace, with a specific focus on multi-generational organisations, remote and hybrid teams.
By the end of this workshop you will:
- Appreciate the strengths and challenges of multi-generational, remote and hybrid teams
- Develop practical strategies to improve and enhance teamwork / performance in this environment
- Explore biases that we all have and how they might negatively impact on performance
