Overview

Insights Discovery will change the way you see yourself and others. It’s a powerful aid to self-awareness in your role as a leader.  This interactive workshop, using Insights Discovery, a psychometric tool based on the psychology of Carl Jung, will help you to perform at your highest level by improving your understanding of self and others.

The Insights Discovery methodology uses a simple and memorable four colour model to help you understand your style, your strengths and the value you bring to the team. We call these the colour energies, and it's the unique mix of Fiery Red, Sunshine Yellow, Earth Green and Cool Blue energies, which determines how and why people behave the way they do.

Key areas for exploration and application will include: 

• exploring personal preferences using your Insights Discovery personal profile,
• recognising and appreciating others' differences, and,
• learning how to adapt your behaviour to interact with others more effectively.
