Overview

Our Board Leadership Open Programme is designed to inform, inspire, stretch and challenge public service and third sector board members. Each event, which will be delivered either virtually or in-person, is led by experienced facilitators and practitioners from the local and national stage. They bring proactive, innovative and game-changing perspectives to help board members anticipate the future, strengthen governance, and lead with clarity and confidence in their current roles.

The programme is intended to strengthen leadership capability at board level to deliver better outcomes for citizens in line with the Well-being of Future Generations (Wales) Act and Welsh Government priorities. Each event is standalone - you can choose which combination of events you wish to attend.

As One Welsh Public Service, we have a shared purpose and shared drivers to achieve a better and lasting quality of life for us all.
