Duration

Overview
What does it really mean to be anti-racist – and how can we each take responsibility for challenging racism in our workplaces and communities?
This engaging and interactive session will explore the language of racism, how it is embedded in our systems and processes, and the ways in which privilege, power and representation shape our everyday experiences. The workshop creates a safe and reflective space where lived experience is respected and heard, and where participants can openly explore how individual and collective actions can bring about meaningful change.
Delivered by Transform Your Training, this course goes beyond theory. Using the “Training 4 Influence” methodology, it is designed to empower professionals to apply anti-racist principles in practice, creating safer, fairer and more inclusive services for all.
As One Welsh Public Service, we have a shared purpose and shared drivers to achieve a better and lasting quality of life for us all.
