Our team of experienced leadership practitioners can support leaders at all levels in public services and registered charities across Wales.

Our mission is to bring together leaders from various organisations across public services to foster networking, facilitate the exchange of knowledge, and promote the sharing of best practices. 

We can provide:

• Tailored leadership development courses and programmes
• Leadership sessions at conferences and events.
• Advice and guidance for leadership and organisational development

How to request support

Before sending in your request, take a moment to browse our events calendar - you might find a session that’s already perfectly suited to your needs!

If you work for a public service or registered charity in Wales, and you’d like to arrange support for your leadership development work, contact us using the request form below to let us know:

• the outcomes you wish to achieve
• how many people will be involved and their roles
• your suggested delivery date
• details of venue(s) and equipment available

To help us determine if and how we can support you, we require detailed information about your intended learning outcomes. 

We will consider all requests. Due to high demand our lead time for supporting delivery is up to 6 months. 

We offer our time and support at no cost. We may have to charge for delivery by our partners, or the use of licensed materials or diagnostics.
