Coaching for the new normal – present and post-pandemic challenges

Overview

We are pleased to announce the One Welsh Public Service Virtual Coaching Conference 2021, 'Coaching for the New Normal – Present and Post-Pandemic Challenges'.

The importance of coaching is hugely significant when supporting others to achieve clearer thinking, decision making and future planning.

This will be especially important whilst navigating uncertainty and complexity over the coming months and beyond as we journey through the present and post-pandemic world and face the challenges of the new normal.

The programme has been designed to support those who have a formal or informal coaching role within their organisations.

Benefits to you

This virtual Coaching Conference will allow you to

  • engage with practitioners and experts in their chosen fields who will share their experiences, tools and techniques
  • enhance the support you provide as part of your own coaching practice.

For the purpose of the All Wales Coaching Network and Welsh Government Network members – this event will be counted as 6 hours of CPD for the purposes of your contribution to these networks.

Delegates' thoughts of the first ever virtual All Wales Coaching Conference 2020:

“If you are looking to challenge not only how you coach but also yourself then this is the conference for you. A breadth of knowledgeable and engaging speakers and a different perspective. Sign up today - you will not get Teams fatigue, in fact you will be energised”

“Being a coach needs patience and courage to allow others to find their way to the outcome instead of you showing them your way. This can require time and we all struggle to find that but this conference reminded me of how important enabling others is; for them and for me.”

“Would recommend. As a new coach with little experience, this session has given me insight in how to improve my practice plus a list of many resources to research further. It was engaging from start to finish. Can't wait for the next one. “

“I was tentative about a whole day’s conference online but I have found the day a real inspiration. Lots of energy from the speakers but also the delegates.”
