Using Microsoft Teams

If you don’t have a Microsoft Teams account, please choose Join as a guest. You can use the Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome web browsers to join as a guest. If using a tablet or smartphone, you may need to download the Microsoft Teams app from your app store before you can join the event.

Groups

There will be several facilitated group sessions throughout the event, providing you with the opportunity to network with delegates. Your group facilitator will contact you before the event.

Welsh translation

You can contribute to Summer School in either Welsh or English.

You will be able to submit your questions and comments through the chat panel during the day in English or Welsh. We would absolutely encourage you to do this, we want the event to be as interactive as possible!

You can listen to live Welsh to English audio translation at any time by phoning the translation number in your invitation email. Please note: you may incur charges, depending on your phone tariff.

Filming

Where we have been given permission we’ll record the keynote sessions and publish them on our website at a later date. Only sessions in the main plenary room will be recorded.
