The panel is a group of Academi Wales customers who’ve agreed to share their views to help us shape, develop and improve our services. You’re welcome to join us if you work in a leadership role in the public or voluntary sector in Wales.

Your insights will help us shape our future learning content and online resources so they genuinely reflect what matters to leaders and colleagues across Wales.

You will directly influence the development of our training materials and delivery, helping us continue to provide high quality learning experiences.

How it works

No previous experience is necessary - just a willingness to contribute honestly and constructively.

From time to time, we’ll send you quick surveys or invite you to share feedback on new ideas and materials. Participation is always optional, and even small contributions make a big difference to our development work.
