Overview

Leading at the Speed of Trust is a one-day workshop where you will not only explore the critical importance of trust in relationships but also improve your ability to create and lead high trust teams and organisations.  Trust establishes and maintains an environment where people are confident and happy; it also enhances communication, creativity, engagement and productivity within teams and organisations.

Trust isn’t a quality you either have or you don’t; it’s a skill that can be learned and developed. Developing trust helps you and your team members become energised and engaged and enables everyone to collaborate more effectively, operate faster and achieve sustainable results.

The ability to establish, grow, extend and restore trust is a critical leadership competency.

As One Welsh Public Service, we have a shared purpose and shared drivers to achieve a better and lasting quality of life for us all.
