Master class: Working with Millennials


The challenges Millennials (those under the age of 33) bring to the workforce are well documented and they are challenging us to rethink how we work. Jenny Williams will deliver a session focusing on how we can we can work effectively with Millennials and appreciate the differing work needs the newest generation bring to public services in Wales.

With 50% of Millennials believing organisations can do more to develop their future leaders, this master class aims to show you how we can shape our organisational behaviour and culture to attract, develop and retain talent in the public sector for the benefit of public services across Wales.

Jenny Williams

A highly experienced coach and behavioural expert specialising in the marketing, creative and media industries. She spent 17 years working client side rising to the position of Global Campaign Director at Nokia before retraining.

Jenny is a qualified ICF accredited Coach, NLP Master Practitioner and Enneagram Personality Practitioner. Working with companies as diverse as L’Oreal, Healthwatch, Cambridge University and a number of local councils.

Who should attend?

This master class is directed at senior managers across Welsh public services, who are working with millennials.

'Millennials' are defined as people aged 18-33.
