The theme is ‘Leading by Choice – becoming a deliberately disciplined leader’.
This unique ‘stretch’ programme is an opportunity to review and refresh your current skills and gain insight into cutting edge leadership practices. You will explore innovative ways to ‘deliver the business’, using a wealth of global knowledge and experience.
This residential immersive learning event takes place at Nant Gwrtheyrn, the Welsh language centre in north Wales.
Speakers for 2017 include:
- Emmanuel Gobillot
- Thimon De Jong
- Amy Brann
Winter School has been specifically developed for top levels of leadership from across the public and voluntary sector in Wales (for example, senior civil servants, chief executives or equivalent). There are limited places available for this opportunity and they are awarded through an application process.
