We remember great managers long after we stop working for them. How do great managers engage their people? They do it through great conversations and by having the 4 must-have conversations they improve performance.
For each conversation, we will explore why is it important, how to have the conversation effectively (with lots of practice and role playing) and when it is the best time to have them. This is a practical master class designed to help immediately improve our leadership skills and the impact of our line management.

Jenny is a qualified ICF accredited Coach, NLP Master Practitioner and Enneagram Personality Practitioner. Working with companies as diverse as L’Oreal, Healthwatch, Cambridge University and a number of local councils.
