Overview

Academi Wales aims to provide ongoing learning and development opportunities for former graduate NHS trainees and invite individuals to join the Graduate Alumni group to support and track their career progression.

NHS Wales has invested in graduate training programmes for more than 60 years and Academi Wales believes it is important to retain valuable leadership talent. Recognising that previous graduate trainees have responsibility for their own career progression to senior positions. Academi Wales is committed to providing ongoing development opportunities for NHS ex-graduate trainees.
